Are the rates for the villa per person?
No they are for the villa. The rate is the same if 1 person or 8 people are staying.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped. This includes cooker, ice making fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, all eating and drinking utensils.
Is there a telephone at the villa?
Yes. You can make free local calls. Long distances calls require a calling card or credit card.
Are towels and linen provided?
Yes, all towels and linen are provided.
Does the villa have a washing machine?
Yes, it has a washing machine and dryer.
Is the villa cleaned daily?
No. When you leave the villa at the end of your stay it is cleaned then. If you require a clean whilst you are there then this can be arranged at an extra charge.
Will my electrical equipment work in the US?
Yes, they will work as long as you have an adapter. The voltage in the US is 110v and in the UK it is 240v. Laptops and shavers will work.
Does the villa have internet access?
Yes it does.
What time can we leave the villa?
You have to vacate the villa by 11.00 a.m.
What time can we access the villa at the beginning of our stay?
Access to the villa on your first day is 4.00 p.m.
Is the pool heat extra?
Yes.
Do we need a car?
It is recommended that you hire a car.
We find Car Hire Florida to be very reliable and efficient

How do we get the keys to the villa?
They will either be posted to you two weeks prior to your stay or we will give you the code number to the lock box at the villa.
How many people are allowed to stay in the villa?
By State Law occupancy of the house must not exceed the maximum number posted in the villa.
Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
Our villa has 4 bedrooms which sleeps 8. The maximum number is 10.
